Hide tanning

Does anyone recommend someone who could tan a fallow hide for me?

If anyone on here does it I’m happy to pay or swap for stalking.

Until recently I would have recommended The Welsh Organic Tannery, as possibly the only ones offering the service in the UK. They have been doing all mine. However, as of this summer they're stopping doing deer skins. If you're quick, you might just get one in before they stop. (I forget the cut off date).
Failing that, you can get good results from doing it yourself using a kit from Snowdonia Taxidermy Supplies.

Used to be a chap just outside Bridgenorth in Shrops.
I can remember where he lives but not his name, age is a terrible thing.
Dont know if he is still about or doing it.

+1 for the snowdonia kit, makes a nice hide you just have to put some effort into it. I'm not sure of any other places you can send one to be done now. You could ask some local taxidermist if they know of anyone

Have you called Bradley's the Tannery in Bridgnorth?

Looks like they were doing cow hides and have the facilities.
