Hik Micro ir torch cap

Hi,
I somehow have misplaced, or only loosely screwed on my ir torch battery cap cover for my Hik Micro A50T . I have e-mailed hik micro customer support ( not much help & they have asked how they can further help me to dispose of something that I need a replacement of, with further follow up e-mails asking useless questions ) & I have also tried calling, just to get to a set time limit in their que & before getting cut off to be told to try contacting customer support I`m not sure if this may be the correct part number listed on Hik Micro Common spare parts page 190411 it seems to list 2 pieces & google only shows the top scope battery cover. Anyone been able to find or source a replacement ?

Well as a follow up, I would just like to thank Elite Optical, who sent me out a replacement tail cap. I`m not sure if they are on here, or wether my e-mail was sent from Hik Micro support team to them, as my last correspondence from them was telling me it wasn`t a warranty claim ( well I knew that ) & I needed to go back to my retailer or uk distributor for help. I had no further communication with anyone, so was pleasantly surprised & grateful to receive a replacement tail cap arrive in Saturdays post. So whoever sorted it thank you.
