Hi all maybe it's me looking for something that not there but I see a downturn in the wordl possibly a recession.

Why well over here building slowing down this is coming from multiple sources, cost of essential items very notable, farming some sectors under pressure.

In the US Car repossession all most as high as 2008. sub prime bank going to the wall others stopped finance for car loans.

Hope I'm wrong, be careful with unnecessary purchases.

Too true.
Labours idea of building record numbers of homes is pie in the sky.
Building materials are so expensive and the UKs biggest brick manufacture recently issued a warning over a drop in sales.
It's clear some parts of the population are living well beyond their means and the majority of cars are purchased on some form of leasing scheme.

Warren Buffett is amassing a huge cash war chest.

When it becomes clear that the AI boom is self funding as they are all purchasing each other's products.

Also when someone finally realises that awarding someone a $1tn pay package is a bit off (albeit linked to known objectives)

It’s the socialist dream - “all people equal” but they don’t realise that by bringing everyone to the same level means dragging those down that are supporting your economy. There will always be have’s and have not’s….society cannot be equal in wealth.

A ‘correction’ certainly on the way. UK, Europe and US, most of LATAM and AsiaPac debt levels are high and economies stagnant.

Timing is everything.

A ‘random American’ explaining where Our Rachel and others get it wrong.

Amazing how bemused the interviewer seems -symptomatic of much of their content, even to the point of imagining and promoting their view that Ukraine is winning the conflict…

The fundamentals of AI valuation raise too many questions in my mind, even if the AI solutions are energy cost viable, you save money by using AI rather than employing people-can governments allow mass unemployment at the scale needed to support this valuations?

FOMO is fair and some made great money on the ride up but some will get burnt.
