Anyone tried these yet? Just checking before spending £58 a box on fox classic hunter 80 grain. I presume they are a similar price anyway.

I’ve just bought the factory outfitter ammunition in .243 to try in my Schultz & Larsen. The accuracy is better than the 100gr Sako and 105gr Geco I have used before. Very impressed so far

Like wise , I have taken a couple of roe with similar ammo caliber and rifle.
Does the job, slightly less carcass damage. Was slightly concerned by the way one ran on 30 yrds but not totally unusual.

Interesting that when I zero’d it at 100m it performed exactly as per box info relative to sako, I bought impact point down 3 clicks on the S&B polar and was bang on first shot. Which gives me confidence to switch between ammo.

Having said that still using up my sako stock. Also found that the least carcass damage I have experience on roe and muntjac was with Geco 105g ( slower mv2 and all that physics) .
