How do you adjust a Timney Trigger?

I have a Remington 700 that I bought second hand. It has a Timney trigger fitted.

I want to adjust the pull weight. Can anyone tell me how I do this?

take the stock off and you will see the adjustment srew on the trigger block.5 minute job

have the same in 22.250 was my first c/f ,just selling my steyr 243 if you know anyone in A1 condition

The P-H one is the same as the Timney I am told. Hope that helps.
