Hi there, my names Richard but I’m known to friends as Trez.
I’m a telecommunications Engineer by trade and currently work on the railway, originally from Birmingham but currently living in Droitwich Worcestershire.
Rifles that I currently own are 6mm Dasher in a foundation Stock, big heavy Pheonix barrel running 109 eldms
I have a Bergara re barreled in 6mm Dasher that I use for fox and other varmints, but chucking 55 grain blitzking bullets at light speed out of that one. All sitting in a folding unweighted Sphur SICS chassis.
Lastly using the same action as my foxing rig I have a 6.5 creedmoor with a short 20 inch barrel I use for deer culling and personal stalking, I will put that in the excellent MDT XRS chassis when out stalking.
Scopes of choice in the kahles 525 DLR for day time shooting both on my comp rig and stalking rig, alpex 4k for any nighttime shooting.
Here to keep up to date on all things shooting and also to help introduce people into the world of steel plate shooting who might have an opinion that is ill informed or believe they “don’t have the right kit” or “PRS is just full of egos” etc etc.
