Icotec 350+ problem.

Decided to get a new icotec GC350+ to replace my old and very battered GC350, anyway I set about loading all my favourite sounds on it but the remote just won’t recognise them, they are all mp3 all worked fine on my old caller and I’ve numbered them as recommended 001 upwards but nothing, the sounds are on the sd card and will play fine though my PC, but the remote just won’t have it....it says the remote doesn’t need syncing to the caller, so I really can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.
I’m at a bit of a loss with this, so any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Are you using the new remote or the old one? Even though it says doesn't need syncing, I'd still sync it

It's a whole new unit, remote and caller

There should be a cable to connect the remote to the caller

From memory (!) you do need the cable and I think it’s all on the very helpful Bestfoxcall site…

All sorted, from some excellent technical support from Rob at bestfoxcall, it turns out that the new generation 350+ caller won't play mp3, but it was a simple job to convert them to wave files...
