Identifying this scope mount - EAW?

Could be, take it off and look underneath EAW are so expensive that they have engraved markings.
If it’s AEW then they will list & sell all those bits separately…
It looks like you have a roll off base, with windage adjustment, for a specific rifle so should be easy enough to find in their very extensive catalogue. Then on top of that you have the lower & upper rings which are pretty standard.

@Donkey Basher Thanks for the breakdown of the parts, guessing it must be EAW then seeing as you recognise how it's built up. I was aware that EAW did separate rings and bases but wasn't 100% sure what the deal was. Your explanation has cleared things up.
Presumably it's just the base that I need to find at this point. I don't think the base is for the rifle in the photo as it has a loading port cutout which doesn't match this rifle. Guess emailing EAW will be a good bet at this point.

That’s not eaw, aluminium and you can see the exposed wear bits, eaw are steel. Roll off thumbscrews look like typical ‘80’s weaver or similar, could even be a chinky
I think what you reckon are wear marks are actually reflections.
The screws are typical AEW with a slotted thumb wheel & an inner Allen screw. The clean edge of the slot on the windage screw also says quality not knock off.
@truser00 - what is the rifle you want to put the mount on? - if I get time later I’ll have a look in their catalogue & see if I can find the base.

It’s on an old Accuracy International which I only have odd pics of. I’m guessing the mount isn’t originally for it. The action has an 11mm dovetail on it, same as Anschutz and Walther, maybe same as others I don’t know of.
I found the catalogue hard to navigate - I’m either lazy and scrolled too fast, or it doesn’t show photos of every variant. Optics-trade isn’t any better.
Ah - that’ll explain why I couldn’t see a one piece base that matched what’s in your photo, it’s likely a rather old set up & very likely is a superseded rail for an old model rifle.
The Apel/AEW catalogue does take some time to go through in order to find the right bits - best to sit down with a brew & go through it at leisure!
This is an old catalogue from when a chap I knew had the UK wholesale for them but am sure you’ll easily find a later one if you look.

The main part of the catalogue is still difficult to use with my "reverse search" situation, but the wordy bit at the beginning shows a mount which looks almost identical, just the thumbwheels are on the other side, and is seemingly for a 11mm dovetail or similar.
