That sounds really good , I had a quick look at it today and started preliminary work ! Intend to put a divider in above the big hole so the nuts sit in full contact and fill all cavities with epoxy.View attachment 332278

Devcon metal-loaded would be better. And drill mutiple 4mm holes in the areas to receive the epoxy so it has something to key into other than the smooth surfaces. Albeit the screws should perform that task but I’m all for over-engineering.
