A SD member is coming up tomorrow for a hands on both feet go at a first go at skinning a deer, I kept this one back from the 2 I shot in the week as this time of year large bags of venison are most welcome from landowners, also being a big deer the it will be a longer process as a muntjac would be over in a short time.
Having shot a muntjac buck this late afternoon, bagging up the greens/pluck which are now in my old last legs first chiller it will give him a chance to look over that. Left the head and feet on so with the food pipe cut right off at the end of the chin.
I have a third small chiller so as joints come off they can be hung out the way for the next process.
