I am being told my inbox is getting full and I need to clear messages can you tell me how to clear them but still save them as I can only see to delete them

You have a limit on them I'm afraid. You will have to delete some. I usually continue my SD correspondences on my email at the soonest opportunity as they are easier to organise and keep track of.
