I don’t think Thomas Jacks bring just the rings int the UK. When I asked them a few years back they didn’t even know that you could buy them separate. I got them from Optics Trade EU in the end took about a week to arrive and the price includes all the VaT duty etc.

They do now. Friend of mine ordered a set very recently via Ed at Edinburgh Rifles.
