It depends on the barrel profile, rifle and the rail you have

I know my Tikka T3x with a 5mm high rail and varmint barrel profile is fine with a set of mediums

Should be fine, my T3X has a lite barrel

The size to look at are the size from the base of the mount to the centre of the mount

You would also get away with a set of lows on these

My Alpex LRF only cleared barrel by about a mil with medium Optilocs.
