Hi all from Surrey, I'm not a stalker and am quite new to shooting. I've had my SGC for less than 2 years now, introduced to shotguns by my other half and absolutely love it. I fired rifles a bit as a cadet years ago but I haven't picked up a rifle since I was 18. I would like to get back into it one day, but for now shooting clays scratches the itch. Here because this seems to be one of the only populated UK based shooting forums.

Do bear in mind that, while people on here have a wide spectrum of knowledge, this is primarily a stalking forum.

Hope you get into rifle shooting at some point, and that includes targets and live quarry.

Welcome from Essex, I was similar to you with shooting at cadets then not doing it for a while. Had my SGC for 3 years and only just started stalking/ got my FAC.

Safe to say I haven't looked back, very enjoyable and rewarding even when you don't get a deer and this site is a well of knowledge
