Hi Guys, I'm a recreational hunter and plinker from South Wales. I've been back shooting for ten years and have graduated friom sub 12 air rifles which I still very much enjoy to FAC air, .17 HMR, 17 Hornet and shotguns. I currently shoot corvids, grey squirrels and rabbits and I am trying my best to bag my first fox but usually have the wrong gun with me, the shot is not on or Charlie is out of range. This brings me to why I am joining, I have used the site numerous times to glean information to further my interest shooting which includes calibres, ballistics and historic firearms and I want to get into centrefires again, first for fox, and then later maybe deer if I can find the right opportunity, so I will be asking for opinions. I currently have a Tikka T1X .17 HMR with a Hikmicro Alpex digital scope, a couple of Franchi shotguns one of which is a 26 inch barrelled Franchi Falconet made in in 1973.
