Hello fellow hunters!

I want to take the time to introduce myself. My name is Casey Johnson and I live in Cody, Wyoming, USA. I hunt full time as a guide and outfitter in the Western United States.

I joined this site because I have recently been traveling to Europe and Africa to hunt and would like to learn as much as I can about it. Making connections in the hunting community is one of my favorite parts about guiding and traveling. I’m hoping to gain knowledge about far away places and the animals that call them home.

I primarily hunt Dall Sheep, Bighorn Sheeo, Elk, Mule deer, Whitetail deer, Black bear, Brown bear, and Mountain goats.

I also hunt coyotes a lot here in Wyoming. We do this as a service to the deer population and take it very seriously. I usually hunt with a .243AI or a .22GT.

Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have. I’m looking forward to getting to know this community.

Hello and welcome, nice to hear from another country. I also like to meet others in the the community from other parts, we've got a common brotherhood.
I'm full time on deer up in Scotland although sadly we view deer and shooting sports very unfavourably.
If ever you'd be interested in a working exchange to Scotland I'd be happy to swap notes and make some connections. 👍

Welcome, grew up watching Casey Jones (on a re run lol)
 
Welcome, we have something in common, I am also a full-time hunting/fly fishing guide in the county of Devon.
I also have a point to hunt Antelope in WY, not sure I'll ever get around to using it though.
I hunted Montana 4 times, 2 bull Elk and lots of deer.

That’s great to hear! I’d love to see some photos from your time in Montana.
