Welcome, are your clothes made in the UK ?

Hi Tim,

All of our products are printed here in the UK. Our leather patches are etched on the South Coast and attached here in Nottinghamshire!

Kind regards,

Flint Clothing
So the clothing itself is made/woven outside the UK but the designs are applied in the UK?

Hello Flint Clothing,

You have some nice 'designs' - I really like them. I am sure that you are already aware that this is a tough audience - as it should be - handsome is as handsome does and we like things to perform. Although you guys state that you are currently focussing on 'casual' garments as opposed to 'technical' garments, for most of us, the line between is pretty blurred and we can soon find ourselves getting a t-shirt or hoodie a bit grubby - to be fair, we are a bit 'grubby' most of the time.

On that note, how important is it to follow the wash and care guidelines?...As tbh, if I can't tumble dry in the winter - it doesn't make the kit bag
  • Wash inside out
  • Wash at 30º or less
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Iron inside out
  • Wash similar colours together
  • Fabric softener could cause the print to deteriorate

Hi Keith,

Thank you, we are really glad you like our designs. We appreciate that many of our customers will choose to hunt in our clothing, which is something we do ourselves as well. We encourage people not to tumble dry the designs because, over time, the high heat can cause the prints to crack with repeated exposure. We tend to dry the garments on a radiator, which minimises the risk of this happening.

EDIT:

We have done an additional post in the clothing classified area to publicise our current free competition running with The Lucky Hunter. There is an opportunity to get a range of our deerstalking products for free!

That's fair, I have noticed that the print on some garments seems to withstand anything while others are more sensitive and less robust.
