Hi,

I am joining the Stalking Directory because it appears this is one of the few places where specific shooting-related knowledge and experiences are shared without the tendency for this to turn into the endless exchanges we see in other media. The fact that this is a more discreet and targeted medium is also important.
I stalk, and have done for a few decades, mainly roe and muntjac in Oxfordshire - and would like to have the opportunity at Sika and Wild Boar before my time comes to pack-up. I own .17 Rem (obviously not for deer:)), .243 and .308 rifles. More recently, I caught the bug of proper wildfowling in the form of pass shooting as opposed to decoying for which I use a 20b loaded with TSS. I am a fan of cocker spaniels and have two and enjoy a bit of beating when I can.
I am of the opinion that one can always learn and am very open to learning from other likeminded people.
