I'm on the Oxfordshire / Warwickshire border (originally from Essex - someone has to be...!)
Have been used to rifles in Spain for driven wild boar (30-06 & 30-30) with my uncles and did some stalking in the UK with estate rifles over the years until last year I applied for my FAC and bought a Tikka T3X kit (Burris scope) in .308 and added a used Sako in .17 HMR (Leupold scope) for rabbits, foxes etc
Roe, muntjac & fallow deer on the ground I stalk - very keen to learn more (expect silly questions - sorry) and to new experiences, new ground, new ways of doing things etc.
I'm a terrible cook but thoroughly enjoy eating game & venison with friends and family - my dissertation when studying at the Royal Agricultural College focused on the promotion of game & venison - Mike Robinson being a big inspiration & early mentor.
Interested to explore how I could potentially become a 'food business' and supply.
Keen game shot (though some would argue I should stick to waving a beater's flag! - also looking for new beating opportunities in the Cotswolds)
