Hi,
I'm new to the forum and to deer stalking. I was recommended this forum by a friend.
I have some experience from shooting a few years back, mostly shotgun and air rifle. I am based in South Somerset and am booked in for my DSC1 in March.
I am looking to get into stalking with an aim to getting myself good quality meat and going further from shop bought meat. I want to learn as much as I can about the deer so that I can go about stalking them whilst at the same time giving the animals the respect they deserve.
Perhaps a long shot, but if there is anyone experienced in the Somerset area who would be kind enough to let me tag along one morning, that would be massively appreciated.
