Hi,
My names Will and I grew up on a farm many years ago, my grandfather and father first introduced me to shooting when I was around 9 years old, we used to mainly shoot Red deer and the odd Sika as pest control, we got big herds back then coming onto the farm fields and damaging crops and grazing on the grass fields, my father had a .270 .308 and a .220, we went out lamping at night in the winter months as the red deer would come down off the hill to look for food. Our farm was 1800ft above sea level so we were upland farmers. My grandfather sold the farm many years ago and with that went the rifles, I lost touch with shooting for over 30 years.
But now I have got back into it by chance, I have completed my DS1 I have night shooting and out of season shooting certs and I support some local farmers in my area with deer control and foxes.
I have purchased a 6.5mm Creedmoor and a 6mm Creedmoor both are Fierce rifles CT Rage and CT Rival, I joined this stalking directory site today as I thought it would be useful for me going forward, I love to keep up with everything that’s going on in this ever revolving industry.
