Introduction

Hi,
I was recommended joining the stalking directory by a good friend who regularly reads posts.
I started shooting clays at our local club, loving the usual club banter. Meeting new friends I soon progressed into joining a rifle club.
I’ve been deer stalking for around 15 years, mainly in Dumfries & Galloway with my 6.5x55 or 308 rifle.
More recently I started steel target shooting & have just returned from a club trip to Chobham Ridge at Bisley, great practice for deer stalking.

Thanks for the welcome message
I’ve also got a 6.5 Creedmoor and shot out to target 19 (1238yds)
My 6.5x55 and 308 are more stalking rifle but have achieved very successful shooting out to 1000 yds
