I have been stalking for 15 years and have recently starting using a dog. His name is Seth and he is a Bavarian mountain hound. Working together with a dog in my opinion is what stalking is about. If the deer runs I have my pal to help find it. He tracks rather than scent hunt and is a pleasure to watch.
