Is Delta Optics warranty transferable?

Hi. Has anybody had any experience/success making a claim using the Delta Optics warranty after buying one of their scopes secondhand? Is the warranty transferable? I’m weighing up the pros and cons of buying new or secondhand and this could be the deciding factor. Thanks in advance.

just remember you have to send the delta scope back to poland and the return was 6 weeks before brexit and now i think you get charged when its sent back to the uk ,mine was purchased new by me so dont know about second owner warranty but they did want a copy of my receipt before they did the repair work, mine had black flecs in side the glass and would not track left correctly. probably best to call them before you buy one.

I sent one back last year that I bought 2nd hand. On the form I left the bit blank about attaching an original receipt.
Google translate is your friend as all correspondence was in polish but overall not much more stress then sending back to Swaro.
If I dig out the original emails I will let you know a ruff timeline and any costs etc.
