Having been introduced to the site by a shooting buddy I have just joined the forum to help keep up with the Deer Stalking scene, gain advice from other shooters and to share thoughts, experiences and ideas.. I have been shooting for well over 40 years (various disciplines) and got back into Stalking around 4 years ago after a long absence. I use a.308 rifle for most of my stalking supplemented by a .223 for Muntjac. I also do some game shooting, pest control and clay shooting. Finally, I do a lot of beating during the game season to keep fit. I am based in the Swindon area of N. Wiltshire and as I am retiring at the moment I am hoping to spend more time shooting and supporting the countryside. I am very much looking forward to being part of the forum.
