Kent Renewal FAC & Shotgun

Just attempted to complete the online renewal form after applying for a GP Proforma via Shootcert as my GP practise won't provide it directly to me. Sadly, I got stopped at about page 3 as unless I download the GP Proforma I cannot then continue past this section with the application.
This seems a trifle daft as I was assuming I could complete the form and forward the GP report when I receive it, which I understand can take up to 30 days. I don't know if this is a generic renewal form for all forces or exclusive to Kent - has anyone else come across this issue?

Same for Surrey&Sussex. GP was a feckin shambles, now insist that I use Med2cert, I declined and used Shootercert (Who were excellent) it took the GO and Med2cert 35 days to comply with my SAR (7 days longer than they are allowed by law ) and Shootercert less than an hour to complete the required docs

Im quite lucky currently in north wales with a proforma, town of 2000 people and the GP has known me from birth, when he retires i fear it will be much more hard work for us around here also

Wish I'd known that earlier today - I was in Dover! Sadly it wouldn't have helped as I arranged with Shootcert and paid nearly £90 yesterday...
Thanks to all for confirming but just think it would be better maybe if they make this clear in the renewal invitation letter.
