Well as I am sat in the pub updating my website I thought I would share some knife images of chefs knives I completed recently. A few different designs made from AEB- L and SF100 steel. Ranging from a Chinese cleaver knife, a full tang chef and a hidden tang chef which was a beast of a knife made as a commission for a Michelin star chef, finished length of the blade was just over 10 inches.
