As a fellow user, no. I've the axion xm30f and I have to use the Kuiu phone pouch to store it. Range finder pouch is tight and just about fits my actual range finder.

If the accessory pouch he's listed is the one that goes on the bottom, that should just about store the thermal though

It's a size large. Not familiar with that pulsar model, but I doubt it.
