This is the contact I always use.
I sent my geovids in and a parcel arrived back a week later. To my surprise they just swapped them for new pair of binoculars and even better was the ones I sent in were the normal ones and the pair back were hd.
Luckily I was able to get to London so went to Duke St with my Apo Televid 65 complete with 1.8x extender firmly jammed in and no amount of grunt would remove it. After a quick assessment was advised it needed to go back to Portugal for disassembly. Was given a receipt and about 3 months later received both back by post. Problem solved and no charge. I found it was better to eyeball someone, but of course that is not always possible. Once I was in their system communication by email was good.
Count yourselves extremely lucky. My Geivids would not focus and went back to Portugal. 2020. Bill was £400+. On receipt they had fitted central focus knob incorrectly and was loose so had to go back to Portugal again to be fixed. It was just prior to covid and took months.
