The reticle is the bit that’s tempting me, the Christmas tree reticles I find a pain for a stalking rifle. Great scopes, hopefully someone buys it before my temptation takes over.

Only if the buyer doesn't want them first. If not then I will list what mounts I have available for sale in a separate thread

In regards to the reticle. I'm not sure what else you need in a hunting situation. The turrets are there and are very accurate, so I just use those after knowing my clicks out to varying ranges.

Out to 200 yards though. I just aim a couple of inches higher.

The Amplus is a great scope too.
I've had the 2.5-15x56 and also the 3-18x44. Great scopes for the £

I've tried the Leica binos and was seriously impressed with them

I just couldn't find a way of having my Pulsar mergers and a set of binos on me while out stalking

The reticle I am interested in is the Ballistic, the one that does not have the Christmas tree but still allows for holdover. I wanted to use the scope, mainly, for long range shooting. For dedicated hunting scopes, I always favour the 4a reticle in SFP. But for a FFP scope, I find a reticle with subtensions more useful and convenient.
