7 x 24 optics with diopter adjustment. Distance measurement officially out to 2,200m / 2400 yds but I've personally only ranged out to 1,000 yds so can't confirm further. The Equivalent Horizontal Range feature is really useful on hilly ground as you range the actual distance and then it tells you the EHR after a short delay.
No scratches or marks on the glass.
