Wanted: Life size deer target template

I’m trying to find a deer silhouette drawing (full size) with dimensions. Ideally in PDF or DWG or similar format.

Does anyone have one that they’d be willing to share?

Let me look tomorrow. If I do it will be..and this may help...an archery target. Search ROE DEER ARCHERY TARGET which I think Countryman of Derby has. I got mine from these folk when they used to be in Loughborough.

You can buy the DSC1 roe target from the BDS (probably others) if you have the capability to print to that size, can probably scan as well?

You can buy the DSC1 roe target from the BDS (probably others) if you have the capability to print to that size, can probably scan as well?

Do you mean the ones that have all the internal organs and structure printed on the reverse, so after the shot you can turn it over and see what you hit? If so, they're pretty good.
I think Bushwear used to sell them. Not sure if they still do.

I sketched a shape from a ebay print out on the back of some wall paper (taped together) as the dimensions of deer are on Wika
also TBH you only need the front half unless it is going to be a feature in the garden

What you need for someone to cut one out on a Plasma/Laser/Waterjet Cutter is one of the following:

.DXF
.DWG
.SVG*

*svg may not be dimensioned correctly as it's just line drawing/vector drawing.

T’other side is plain, with a zeroing targets top left & bottom right corners; available in various sizes (I think 75% and 100%) from the Danish hunting union or Bushwear, other species available.

The Bushwear ones are not full size, they’re about 75% from memory - excellent targets though

A friend bought the dsc1 silhouette target & just took it to a local print/copy place & they ran some copies off for him to practice on.

Hand cutting is perfect for a one off, not so good for 30 base plates with x4 holes that need to meet roundness and taper requirements.
