Yeah, I leave them out for a while to get going but some don't get goingThey need air to activate - lol stuffing them down a boot I would suggest isn’t going to get the best out of them.

Hmm. Very useful in many circumstances but OTOH I was also always told that these or the giving of a cup of a hot beverage could in cases of possible hypothermia be lethal. That the taking of something hot in the hands would cause a sudden circulation of blood from the inner core to cool the hands down. Sending back to the heart the ice cold blood from those hands. Did you buy the ones for your feet? I've found that the ones meant for feet were more reactive to work normally in a low ox situation. If you use the feet type in your pockets they become too hot to handle.I bought some for my feet last winter. Half don't work and when they do you can hardly tell!!
