Weather it’s fake or not I use the same stuff on my chipper blade bolts an never had a problem,an I’m sure that a day chipping 5-6in tree limbs tests it to the max ,also use it on my rails

I can't say whether it's fake or not however I never buy these types of products on Ebay or Amazon in which there are full of fake products.

Try it out , you have nothing to loose .

I disagree. If as per the You Tube video the fake stuff breaks the lock at a higher ft/lb or N/m torque you risk if needing to at a later time disassembling the componet either rounding the nut of its corners or overstraining the stud. And possibly shearing the stud. Both aren't good. Additionally the purpose of some threadlock is not so much as to lock the bolt to its stud or bolt but to ensure that the things can at a laater time be undone by stopping water ingressing into the union that then gradually rusts the two solid. Threadlock's purpose on some components isn't just about doing a thing up but also, sometimes, about later undoing it.
