Seemingly with the spots u really need a phone line/office manned 24/7 or atleast at the times u could be out.
The emergency signal goes to houston usa, but there not allowed to phone the emergency services in uk themselves.
We were told on a +F course a while back been a few occasions when someone has been phoned by an americian/withheld number and just ignored it and a couple of times when they did eventually answer the head keeper/stalker/forester 's wife answered eventually they dismissed it knowing there husband was not on the hill on holiday etc not realising they were the emergency contact for all the men until they met up with there husbands again later on.
So just be aware wot ever system ur on that the emergancy contact knows they are the emergency contact and for who
