Firstly apologies - have been lurking for a while, absorbing info and had completely forgotten to put up a post introducing myself.
Not new to deer stalking, in fact when I think about it I started 24yrs ago! I have recently got back into it and developed a few permissions whereas before I was a farm manager on a large estate. Full time keepers kept the me on the straight and narrow and I will forever be grateful for the knowledge they imparted to me.
Rifle wise I have .308, 6.5PRC, .243 .223, 17HMR and the obligatory .22lr on my ticket and shoot at a club as well as the deer stalking and vermin control...... somehow i also ended up as a servant on an RFD but this account is certainly a personal one! (admin put your ban stick away!!)
I'm really grateful for the vast wealth of knowledge that the forum contains and hope to be able to contribute if the topic strays into a subject that I know something about.
