Wanted: Low power variable scope/low power fixed scope

Hi all,

I am looking for a low power variable scope…something along the lines of a 2-7 x32 or similar.

Ideally with a mildot or other graduated type of reticle…

Just wondering if anybody has anything kicking about?

Also potentially open to a fixed 6x42 or 4x36 kind of thing…

Looking forward to seeing what’s out there!

Is the scope you want for woodland stalking/hunting rather than tactical. Do you want illumination. The Zeiss Duralyt 2-8x42 is a nice scope if you can find one

Yes, not really tactical I don’t think and I’ve got a couple of nice LPVOs anyway.

Something like the Zeiss you mention is really what I’m thinking. Or like a leupold 2-7 x 33 rimfire for example.

I have a Zeiss and Schmidt & Bender, both 6x42. Plus, I have two 30mm tubed ZEISS 1.5-6x42 scopes, not to mention a very old 4x36 Schmidt & Bender.

It's an older, well uses one with a No.1 reticle. Lots of use. Lenses and light gathering are great, but could do with a factory clean, as at least one speck visible. Works fine though.

I have two Zeiss 1.5-6x42. One in better condition than the other, though both are good, with superb lenses. Both have 30mm tubes.
