Just enquired - no plans to make a 40mm so the dS will have to be a miss They did suggest adding the 3-magnet Picatinny rail but that would make a stack of 3 Pic rails plus convential rings so a non-starter in my view

What’s the DS - thermal? I am just looking at being able to swop out my Alpex and Optical, then eying up a .22-250 with an illuminator for the Alpex.

Spent today at the range, re-zeroing the glass scope and seeing what swapping between glass and Alpex on their Magne Tec mounts did to zero….result was no noticeable difference off a bag with rear rest. Also played with the Alpex 4k having set up the BC. Just used the data on the Sako box and expected to have to adjust…zeroed at 100m, fired a 5 round group off front bag, no rear rest, at 200m, not special, about 1.5MOA but all in top half of a 4in or so bull, then without checking first target switched to 319m and fired 3 shots, same, no rear rest - 2 shots either side of bull 2.5in apart and one high left three inch high. All would have been dead deer so very impressed with the BC.
