Sounds good! What calibre? The Ugandan game dept. used to have enfield m17 in 404. The perfect big game round in my humble opinion.

Well it's in 7.62x51 but I'm wanting to put 308 through it so it'll get headspace checked first. If it can't shoot 308 it'll be rachambered to another 30 cal cartridge. The action is so bloody long the possibilities are endless.
Picking her up in a week or two.

For a magazine rifle I think 404 Jeff is about perfect. I'm a fan of the big boomers so 505 Gibbs would be calling me mind.
