Invite to Malvern Deer Larder meeting Thursday 23rd Nov 2023

Castlemorton Parish Hall WR13 6BE
This meeting is aimed at people who already have stalked locally, plus landowners with woodlands or known deer damage issues.
You are invited to a meeting about setting up the Malvern Deer Larder for landowners and stalkers in the Malvern Hills AONB and surrounding areas.
The idea is that of Richard Smith of Welland Lodge Farm, and the plan is to create a project application for funding to help set up a deer larder facility.
Funding could provide butchery training, and other training needed – please come along and discuss, tell us what you think etc.
BASC and BDS and Forestry Commission have offered their support and will be attending the meeting.
This is the start of the project and we would very much like people’s views and ideas of how this may help you and your woodland / estate management going forward.
