I also love those indian alphonso mangoes - usually buy a box or 2 of them

The R2E2 mango. It was developed in 1982 by crossing Kent and Bowen mangoes,Aussie grown mate. We do big mango plantation business here. Ave yearly production circa 75,000 tonnes.
Bad Boy below is 18 months older iirc and if he is still alive "fire at will"
I love running deer targets as below,all those years of practice hold one in good stead to comfortably have one shot kills.

Haven't had the green mangoes but have had the green papaya in the salad that the Vietnamese make,it is so bloody good too.
