Maybe of interest…

The only moan if I had to be picky is that you can’t have the flood and spit beam on at the same time…but really that’s being super picky with a £10 head torch!

Torches and lights seem to be coming on leaps and bounds…

LED technology is pretty amazing these days, it has to be said. I use LED floodlights in the yard, and they're phenomenal in the light output and brightness they provide. I also use LED lighting to replace the fluorescent tube lights in my barns, and again they're fantastically-bright and clear, as well as being low-cost.

My only gripe about the advances is that car headlights these days seem to be far too bright. Great if you're the driver, but a PITA for everyone else who just ends up dazzled by them. Same with LED traffic lights. No need whatsoever for them to be so bright as they just occlude drivers' views of what's behind and underneath them

I recently installed LED baton lights and for every single one of the fluorescent tube lights I used to have I could run 6 LED batons, and the batons are white light - much more efficient!

Certainly impressive.

Changed our caravan fluorescent lights for LED,s omg it's lit up like a football pitch.
The are the way forward and only use milivolts so the draw down is minimal.
Headtorch is one of these an alpkit muon £9.99 in their sale ,450 lumens beyond bright 😎

Just slipped in a cheeky order for a couple.

Can never have too many torches.

Dark as a Witches Heart where we are...
