I must be honest and tell you I didn’t have my glasses on whilst shopping so I can’t tell you.

I use a TOPEAK cycle torque wrench. Been perfect so far

Believe it or not they still make these and indeed I do have, still, one of the Draper marketed ones that is just like this one listed by Oxfam!

1-8Nm - approx.. 8-70 in/lbs.
