Here’s the bill, para 2 is what I referred to above, surely they cannot expect to control the sales of the case, bullet, primer and propellant?

propellants are already controlled under the Explosive regulations 2014 and primers controlled under the violent crime reduction bill, if they was actually enforced the current laws properly then their would be no need for more laws like to control cases or bullets.

But hey the HO etc need to justify their jobs by keep coming up with new bills and law.

I am waiting for the knife bill, the bill that introduces a 5 year certificate and GP report to be able to purchase and posses any knife
