A Massive thankyou to Rob at Monarch.....bought some gaiters that happened to be missing 2 press studs.....(I didnt notice)....he phoned to tell me....refunded postage, enclosed a cap and diary as well.
A fantastic company to deal with and customer service like it used to be....!!!!!!

Yeah i spotted the studs and fedback to him. Quickly got a reply back and arranged for them to be fitted and then he contacted everyone else. I have to say i was blown away by the customer service and how much the bent over backwards to get it sorted. not very often you get treat that like.

Like them so much i have now bought the compact Roe Sack from them.

What a top man, I got the call (I'd noticed the lack of studs and put it down to a design oddity) and couldn't believe he took the time to personally call each affected customer. Most companies it would be an email, if anything!
Great service from Mr Ogden as well, had mine back to me in super quick time. I've now given them a decent test out for a few days beating including a couple of stream crossings and can confirm they do everything they should do, and very well.
