@Monarch Country Products just a big thank you for your help.
I posted in the thread below about a problem I’d had with my Lowa boots, which prompted a pm from monarch country expressing surprise at the issue. I should add that I hadn’t even bought the boots from them in the first place....
They got straight on to Lowa and I was told to send them to a company oop north for new soles, only cost to me was postage one way. Worth the punt, 3 weeks (if that) I have got my boots back with a new lease of life, totally re-soled, and good for another year or two. Can’t say fairer than that for boots which were out of warranty and from a company I didn’t even buy them from. Hats off @Monarch Country Products . Great service, so thank you!

Hate mine. I'm on third replacement pair due to toe rubber separating. Aside from that, the sole seems to be narrower than the footbed which causes me to roll on my ankles a lot. The sole is also very hard, meaning it can be very noisy walking on certain terrain. Really not sure why there is so...
