For Sale: Monarch "Munro" Gaiters

Hi all.

Just received a pair of these gaiters for Christmas and I have to say, they are absolutely fantastic! Super comfortable, waterproof, breathable and easy to fit. Fantastic bits of kit; I highly recommend them!

Thanks also to Andy at Moray Outfitting for the bang on recommendation!

One question I do have for Rob at Monarch (or anybody else with input for that matter!):

What is the best way to clean them after they have been caked in thick mud? Leave to dry and brush off? Soak them? Wash and scrub when mud is still ‘fresh’?

I am sure all will work with the appropriate amount of ‘elbow grease’, but was just wondering what would best preserve the DWR coating & soft ‘moleskin’ finish?

Any thoughts greatfully received!

Many thanks in anticipation!

I just hose mine down then leave to dry.

These are by far the best gaiters if ever used and have done a few pair of some leasing brands. The zips are good a big enough to get good grip the velcro is also very good. Overall well made and great service from monarch

Does anyone have any long term feedback on these, especially interested in any hill Stalker’s using them a lot?

I wear mine in all conditions and rate them was out yesterday on the fell chasing sika and the weather was awful only thing dry was where my gators had been coats are still wet now awesome but of kit for the money comfy to wear also

I was bought a pair of these for my birthday in August. Wore them every time i was out 3-4 times per week. Wore them beating on the grouse moors, rough shooting, for driven pheasant and even when out walking the dog. I can’t recommend these enough. I’ve owned many pairs of gaiters over the years both in the Army and for hill walking. None of them have compared to how confortable these have been for me.

My 15 week old puppy chewed up one of them and I was so devastated I have immediately bought a second pair.

A fantastic product that I would recommend
everytime.
