More .222 load testing

For .222 the 50g Hornady Vmax over 19g Viht N120 is a light load and will fell foxes further than you will ever need! 55g Sierra Gameking over same load or .5g more is great for Roe. Both loads let you see the strike through the scope as it happens - absolutely no need for barrel burners! Enjoy!

Accuracy with Blitzking 50 grains got with my 527GRS 222 Remington (26" barrel 1-14") is with N120 View attachment 178546
Nice! I had assumed that bullet wouldn't stabilise in a 1:14.

Good to know, thanks. As long as it does it's job and hits where you aim, I guess the speed bit isn't that important!

(Still going to cross my fingers that it's pushing 3,000fps though!)

That shouldn't be an issue - you'll get something like 3150 to 3200 with the N120 :)
