Not as such, but most have different modes, so low, medium and high power, some controlled by the tail or rat tail switch, some by a twist ring.

If you want an honest opinion clulite are nowhere near the league Dereelight are in. Their products are excellent and the pills (the led and the drivers to make them.work) can be upgraded as technology advances which in the world of led is fast.
The aspheric lens projects the actaul image of the led chip itself. If it is focused right you can see the led circuitry when aimed at a plain surface. They do not generally use a reflector and the beam patern can be very very tight with little spill....if any. These can be defocused to give them some spill usually at the expense of range.
If you want something a bit more gun dedicated then check out coyotelite. it has an infinite dimmer from nil to 100%. This is an essential for me imho and most led light manufactures dont accomodate spirting shooters with a remote variable dimmer.....boo hiss
The nm800 head size is more manageable imho.
The only thing likely to blow away a dereelite will be the OMG Xtreme. Stunning but something like $650 of your finest US Dollars. If you want range and controlled illumination...nm800 or the xsearcher. If you want flood....move on....there is nothing to see here
Pricey and from the states only and only availablebwith a red led. the dereelight is multiple colours and the nm800 in infra red is greatly respected as it doesnt have the droplets and rings associated with laser illuminators.

I have 2 nm800's and yes there the dogs,and i also have 2x searcher heads that screw strait onto the nm800,and i did find that the beam was very tight on the x searcher,so i machined 3mm of the body to make the glass get closer to the LED by doing this you can get a lot wider beam and keep the long distance this head produces
