Mounting a Pulsar C50 on a Ruger 10/22 with an Innomount

Hi,

I went to mount my Pulsar C50 on my Ruger 10/22 and realised the rail is too short. Can anyone advise what the cheapest and most suitable rail is please, that will accommodate a Innomount 30mm Medium (17mm) 1-piece Quick Release Weaver Picatinny Mount?

Please note I use the sight on my .223, hence the QD mounts.
